Similarly, civic readiness is expected to contribute to the building of a self-reliant, patriotic, change-oriented, thoughtful and inclusive society with the characteristics of creative, imaginative, enterprising and high thinking and ideal behavior, successful management of contemporary challenges. In view of these aspects, this textbook has been developed based on the curriculum of social studies and lifelong learning subjects of class 11 prepared as per National Curriculum Format 2076.
This textbook was written by Proof. Dr. Shri Ram Upadhyay, Shri Mahendra Bista and Shri Surya Gurung in a social studies textbook and it has been rewritten and revised by the task force of Shri. Renuka Pandey Bhusal, Shri. Hemraj Khatiwada, Shri. Saraswati Bhattarai and Shri. Shyamprasad Pandey and developed as social studies and lifelong learning. Shri Keshav Prasad Dahal, Director General of the Center, Dr. Lekhnath Poudel, Proof. Dr. Vinay Kushiyat, Proof. Dr. Bhaveshwar Pangeni, Proof. Dr. Krishna Prasad Poudel, Shri. Nira Shakya, Shri. Bimal Kumar Kedia, Shri. Dhuv Kumar Thapa and Shri. Rohit Raj Regmi have made special contributions. Its language is edited by Shri. Chinakumari Niraula and Shri. Purushottam Ghimire.
