Shri Keshav Prasad Dahal, Director General of the Center, Dr. Lekhnath Poudel, P.D. Ramesh Prasad Bhattarai, Dr. Navraj Kattel, Dr. Januka Nepal, Dr. Geeta Kharel, Shri Vishnu Gyawali, Shri Narayan Jad Thapa, Shri Tukaraj Adhikari, Shri Ganesh Prasad Bhattarai and Shri Purushottam Ghimire have contributed. The theme is edited by Mr. Indu Khanal, the language is edited by Mr. Chinakumari Niraula and the layout design is by Mr. Santosh Kumar Dahal.
